About The Company
Northcutt Newhart Consulting Group was formed by Shipman Northcutt and Robert Newhart to fill a void in the small business marketplace. Both coming from over 20 years each in sales, management, and small business ownership they realized that there was a great need that was not getting filled with regards to marketing and helping a small business owner grow their business without going broke.
Through their Hidden Marketing Assets System they have developed a way for small business owners to grow their business without necessarily spending more money on advertising. They have identified the only 3 ways to grow a business (most marketing companies only focus on 1), and have developed the 8 pillar HMA System that under their guidance walks a business owner step by step through their business uncovering Hidden Marketing Assets and then re-deploying them to grow the business 25% - 100% in as little as 90 days!

Shipman Northcutt
Shipman began his career as a 3rd generation entrepreneur, working for his family owned business in Marietta Georgia. After college
he went back to the family business for 5 years working in a variety of positions and identified his true ambitions and desire to
be an entrepreneur working to create and develop businesses. In 1986 Shipman accepted a position with a national Auto Parts Distributer where he
worked all over the Southeast in a variety of positions. Most of his time was spent working directly with business owners
developing new business strategies via organic and new locations. His achievements earned him National Sales Manager of the year
in 2001 for this Multi Billion dollar year corporation. The last position he held was VP of Sales for the Eastern half of the
United States. The responsibility included over 500 clients running their own business and over $700K in annual revenue.
In 2005, he started Airtime Wireless LLC. He quickly grew this company from zero sales to over $4M in annual sales. The company had 15 locations at the time he sold it to AT&T in December of 2007. The growth included new start up and acquisitions. The transition from a corporate environment to owning his own business allowed him to practice the strategies he taught business owners for so many years and use them in his own business. Shipman says, "the past three years have been the most rewarding in his career".
Currently Shipman is focused on bringing his experience to Northcutt Newhart Consulting Group and incorporating it into the HMA System and process. He is also currently involved in other business development and interests across the Southeast U.S. as well.
Robert Newhart
Robert has a 20 year background in Sales, Management, and Business Ownership mostly in the Retail industry. A graduate of Ithaca
College in beautiful upstate New York, Robert began his business career while in College launching a "Student Painter"
company during his summer breaks. After graduating Robert started a Marketing Company to create coupon booklets with advertisements from
local businesses for students at Ithaca College and Cornell University. It was during this process Robert knew Sales Management and Business
Ownership was his career path. Robert spent 3 years studying and mastering outdoor sales with various select companies before deciding to move indoors and begin
His retail career.
Robert's retail career began in the Sporting goods industry and he excelled in their Management Training program before being lured away to manage vitamin and nutrition locations. He excelled to move up to become an Area Manager before moving to North Carolina and open up his own retail Franchise in 1998. It was during this time Robert began to feel the pain and need for some marketing techniques and a better system for getting new customers. After growing his business for over 3 years, Robert sold his Franchise in 2001 and began doing some internet marketing consulting and developing a system. In 2003, with Retail in his veins Robert accepted a management opportunity with a leading National Wireless company and excelled at building the Raleigh, NC Market as a Sales Manager and Retail Account Executive before becoming the General Manager for Shipman and Airtime Wireless LLC over 15 locations in North Carolina.
During his time as General Manager, Robert began researching marketing systems to help grow the business and it was then that he found and began studying and perfecting the Hidden Marketing Assets Marketing System.
